摘    要:分析矿井数据采集技术的背景,对比光耦隔离采集技术,设计了一种采用隔离变送器模块的高精度矿井参数采集系统,并提出了系统的设计体系结构。详细阐述了基于隔离变送器模块的软硬件实现方案,包括信号隔离变送电路设计、信号调理电路设计、滤波电路设计、数据采集电路设计、基于ARM的主控电路设计和基于uC/OS-II嵌入式操作系统的软件及各任务子模块设计。重点分析了ADC采集的工作时序和主控程序设计流程。实际测试结果表明,采用隔离变送器模块的高精度矿井参数系统,采集误差系数维持在0.1%以内,采集准确度高于99.9%,在矿井复杂噪声环境下,采集精度高,受环境影响小,工作稳定可靠,达到了设计的指标。该系统已经铺装使用,并取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Analysis of coal mine data acquisition technology background, contrast optocoupler isolation and acquisition technology, design a high precision mine data acquisition system using isolation transmitter module, and puts forward the design of the system architecture. Detailed software and hardware implementation scheme based on isolation transmitter module, including signal isolation transmission circuit, signal conditioning circuit, filter circuit, data acquisition circuit design, design of main control circuit based on ARM and uC/OS-II embedded operating system software and each sub module design based on task. Focus on the analysis of the work of ADC timing acquisition and master control program design process. The actual test results show that, high precision mining parameters system adopts isolation transmitter module, acquisition error coefficient is maintained within 0.1%, acquisition accuracy is higher than 99.9%, in the complex noise environment, high precision, less affected by environment, stable and reliable work, meet the design index. The system has been laid, and achieved good economic benefit.
