声波吹灰器清灰机理研究及应用

摘    要:本文对声波吹灰器的清灰机理进行了分析,并对其在袋滤式除尘器上的应用进行了研究,声波吹灰器作为袋滤式除尘器的辅助清灰装置,可以大大降低设备阻力,提高过滤速度,从而降低运行费用,缩小设备体积,提高滤袋使用寿命,因此,是一种既简单又经济的有效措施。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the cleaning mechanism of sonic cleaners and studies their application to bag dedusters. As an auxiliary means of bag deduster, sonic cleners may greatly lower the resistance, increase the filter velocity, reduce the operating cost, lessen the volumn and prolong the service lifetime of the bags. Therefore, applying sonic cleners is a simple and economical measure.
