强力超声珩磨在高强度钢深孔加工中的应用

摘    要:高强度钢深孔的珩磨加工一直是工厂生产中的技术难题,本文作者使用自行研制的φ122mm卧式深孔强力超声珩磨装置对高强度钢深孔进行了大量的强力超声珩磨试验,超声珩磨使用了人造金刚石和立方氮化硼油石,试验结果表明,在同样条件下,强力超声珩磨可提高珩磨效率1~3倍,提高磨削比1.34倍,表面粗糙度达到Ra0.8μm

Abstract:Honing of deep hole of high strength steel has been a problem of machining in factories- ln our study this is performed by a powerful ultrasonidc honing device designed by authors. Synthetic diamond or CBN is used in the abrasive sticks. Test results show that compared to the conventional honing, ultrasonic honing efficiency increases by 2 to 4 times, grinding ratio increases by 2. 34 times and surfsce roughness Ra amounts to O. 8 pm.
