Simulation of acoustic echo from the-seasurface

Based on the inversion of measured wave spectrum, this paper presentsa method of simulation of wave fluctuation by using the FourierReconstruction and Deconvolution filter. Furthermore, the paper findsthe arriving time and backscattering density of the echo and discribesthe simulation hardware using 8098 microcontroller. The results may serveas reference to underwater active detection.
