摘    要:本文采用机械阻抗方法分析了超声加工系统中出现的“局部共振”现象,通过对不同截面积比的变频杆和工具杆组合系统的计算,得出“局部共振”是超声加工系统的某些固有频率和工具杆固有频率相接近时的现象,此时整个系统仍是全谐振。

Abstract:In this paper the 'local resonance' in ultrasonic processing system is analyzed by the mechanical impedance method. Through computation of the different section area ratios of the horn and the tool, it is found that 'local resonance' happens when the natural frequency of the ultrasonic processing system is close to that of the tool, and thus the whole system is resonant.
