摘    要:本文给出了基于矢量传感器的ESPRIT频率估计算法,并将其应用于频率调制水声通信系统中。与声强频率估计算法相比,ESPRIT频率估计可在小样本的情况下,获得高精度的频率估计。仿真和湖试结果表明,基于矢量传感器的ESPRIT频率估计算法可以提高通信速率并降低对通信系统的带宽要求。本算法对信噪比的要求较高,目前看,较适用于近程高速水声通信。

Abstract:A method of high resolution frequency estimation based on a single vector sensor using ESPRIT algorithm is proposed and applied to the underwater acoustic (UWA) communication system of frequency modulation. Higher resolution frequency estimation could be obtained by this algorithm using fewer snapshots comparing with the sound intensity frequency estimation. Results of simulation and lake experiment show that the proposed algorithm could improve the communication speed and reduce the demands on the bandwidth of communication system. Because higher signal-to-noise ratio is demanded, this algorithm can be used in high speed short distance UWA communication at present.
