摘    要:本文研究了利用ANSYS软件分析磁致伸缩换能器,使这一有限元分析软件能够用于Terfenol-D换能器的分析设计。设计了14kHz Terfenol-D纵向换能器,计算结果与实验结果符合很好。

Abstract:In this paper, analysis of magnetostrictive transducer using the ANSYS soft ware has been studied, and the finite element analysis program that can be used to design the Terfenol-D transducer is provided. A 14kHz Terfenol-D longitudinal transducer has been developed, of which the calculated results are in good agreement with measure ments.
