摘    要:本文描述了一种使用激光测振技术测量高频聚焦换能器声场布的方法,并给出了使用该方法对一种高频聚换能器进行测量的结果,通过理论计算对结果的正确性进行了验证。

Abstract:A measurement technique using a laser interferometer is described which allows the distribution of sound-pressure of high frequency focused transducer to be measured. A focused transducer working in the frequency 1 MHz is measured and the theoretical analysis for the sound field distribution of such a transducer is given which is agreeable to the result of measurement.
