船用三通调节阀流-固耦合噪声数值模拟

摘    要:针对船用PN10DN32三通调节阀噪声声压频谱、声指向性等声学特性规律不明确,噪声声压级是否满足使用要求的问题,基于声流固耦合理论,同时考虑流固耦合面及流体域内的脉动声学激励源,开展阀门噪声数值模拟研究。分别对三通调节阀在80%及60%开度阀外1m处的噪声进行数值模拟,分析研究噪声声压频谱特性及声指向性规律。结果表明:80%及60%开度下的噪声声压级分别为49.14dB(A)、50.79dB(A),均小于60dB(A)的噪声限制,满足使用要求。80%开度的噪声成分在1000Hz以下声压级较小,在1700Hz等频率下较大。60%开度的噪声成分在500Hz以下声压级较小,在1700Hz等频率下较大。为船用三通调节阀噪声数值模拟提供了理论及方法参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the acoustic characteristics of Marine PN10DN32 three-way regulating valve noise spectrum and acoustic directivity are not clear, and whether the sound pressure level of noise meets the requirements of use, based on the theory of acoustic fluid-structure interaction, considering the fluid-structure interaction surface and the pulsating acoustic excitation source in the fluid domain, the numerical simulation of valve noise is carried out. The noise at 1m outside the 80% and 60% opening of the three-way regulating valve was numerically simulated, and the characteristics of noise sound pressure spectrum and the law of sound directivity were analyzed. The results show that the sound pressure levels of noise at 80% and 60% opening are 49.14dB(A) and 50.79dB(A) respectively, which are both lower than the noise limit of 60dB(A) and meet the requirements of operation. The noise component of 80% opening has a small SPL below 1000Hz and a large SPL at a frequency such as 1700Hz. The noise component of 60% opening has a small SPL below 500Hz and a large SPL at 1700Hz and other frequencies. It provides theoretical and methodological reference for the numerical simulation of Marine three-way regulating valve noise.
