发动机叶片激光打孔的声显微检测

摘    要:本文用声显微技术对发动机叶片上的激光打孔进行了检测研究,发现沿孔周存在的周向裂纹和径向裂纹。指出,径向裂纹是影响叶片安全使用寿命的主要因素。

Abstract:Laser-made holes on engine blade have been tested with acoustic microscopic technique. Circumferential and radial cracks around holes have been found. It is nointed out that radial cracks will be the most principal factor to influence the safety and life of the engine blade with laser-made holes.
