波导内脏超声推挤的试验研究

摘    要:本文从实验和理论分析两个方面研究了超声推挤过程中推挤力和因负载变化等因素上起的声学系统谐振频率的变化,提出了超声推挤机理,为提高加工精度,降低表面粗糙度建立了基础。

Abstract:From practice and theory, this paper studys the broaching force and the change of resonance frequency due to the change of load etc during the process of ultrasonic broaching, and proposes a mechanism of ultrasonic broaching, which provides the basis to improve the machining precision and lower the surface roughness.
