摘    要:针对煤矿冻结井壁施工过程中温度监测点数量多而分散,不易布线的特点,以ZigBee芯片CC2530为核心,采用两线制单总线测温技术,设计了适用于冻结井壁施工的无线测温系统。详细讨论了总体方案,无线通信网络,无线测温节点软硬件设计,给出了软件控制流程图。在实际冻结工程项目应用中,进行了现场测试。测试结果表明,测温节点待机时间满足井壁浇筑周期要求,温度数据能够通过无线的方式传送至地面监控中心,且具有较好的准确性和稳定性,与传统测温方法相比,施工更加方便。

Abstract:Temperature monitoring points inside the freezen wall have features of multi quantity, scattered distribution and hard to line. The freezen wall wireless temperature measurement system was designed by CC2530 and 1-Wire Bus. The system scheme and the wireless communication network were discussed in detail. The hardware and software of wireless temperature measurement node were designed. Software control flows were given. The system has been tested in a practical project. Test results show that standby time can meet the borehole wall construction period. Temperature data can be transffered to the monitoring center by means of wireless communication with better accuracy and stability. Compared with traditional methods, the system structure was simplifed and the wiring was easier.
