摘    要:本文研究了中药有效成分盐酸小蘖碱与DNA的荧光光谱性质 ,并应用流动注射技术测定DNA的浓度 ,该法线性范围 0~ 12 μg·mL-1 ,检出限为 ( 3σ) 7 3ng·mL-1 ,相对标准偏差≤ 3 1% ,应用于合成样品的测定 ,取得满意的结果

Abstract:A highly sensitive fluorimetry determination of DNA is developed in this paper. The maximum fluorescence intensity was produced in the pH 3.05, with the maximum excitation and emission wavelength of 362 and 531 nm, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, the fluorescence intensity was proportional to the concentration of DNA. The linear range for calf thymus DNA is of 0-120 mg.L-1. The limit of determination was 0.07 mg.L-1. When the proposed method was used to determine DNA in the presence of some coexisting substances, a satisfactory result was obtained.
