摘    要:本文基于镍对邻菲罗啉的荧光具有猝灭的特性 ,拟定了一种测定痕量镍的方法。该方法的激发波长为 2 72nm ,发射波长为 3 66nm ,线性范围为 1 0 0~ 1 2 0ng·mL- 1 ,相关系数为 0 9996,检测限为 7 6ng·mL- 1 ,对于 4 0ng·mL- 1 的镍测定 1 0次的相对标准偏差为 1 2 %。用该方法测定了工业废水中的痕量镍 ,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A new selective and sensitive spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace amounts of nickel in industrial waste water has been developed. This method is based on the quenching of fluorescence of phenanthroline due to the formation of complex Ni (II)-Phen. The exitation and emission wavelengths were found to be 272 and 366 nm, respectively. There was a linear relationship in the range of 10.0-120 ng.mL-1 for Ni. This method is simple and rapid, and has been applied to the determination of nickel in industrial waste water.
