摘    要:利用IR光谱法考察了不同含水率的银杏内酯B(GB)的光谱变化。研究表明,不同含水率的GB的IR在3 452,1 793和1 780,1 630 cm-1处吸收强度有所变化,其原因是由于GB分子的笼蔽形状及羟基与水形成包合和氢键作用大小不同所致,但其结构未发生变化,与GB对照品的IR光谱一致。借助DSC和LC-MS进一步解析了GB与水的微妙变化,GB是脂溶性的,不溶于水,但在一般情况下GB易吸收环境中的水分,另一方面在特定的条件下也能脱水。

Abstract:The method of IR was used to study GB spectrum variety with different water ratio, and it was showed that GB IR spectrum only changed in the absorption strength at 3 452, 1 793, 1 780 and 1 630 cm^-1. The reason is that the water was coneealed by GB cage skeleton and formed hydroxyl bond with GB hydroxyl groups, and the structure of GB remained unchanged and accorded with standardized GB. With the help of DSC and LC-MS, the subtle relations between GB and water were explained, GB is lipophilic and can not be dissolved by water, but in general, GB is easy to absorb the water of environment, and can be dehydrated under particular conditions.
