摘    要:研究了硼磷酸镧和硼磷酸钇基质中Ce3 +、Tb3+、Gd3+的发射光谱和激发光谱。结果表明 :La(BO3,PO4 ) :Ce ,Tb体系中加入钆后 ,Ce3+的发射降低 ,Tb3+的发射增强 ;Y(BO3,PO4 ) :Ce ,Tb体系中加入钆后 ,Ce3+和Tb3 +的发射均增强 ,且前者增加的幅度高于后者。因此在La(BO3,PO4 ) :Ce ,Tb ,Gd体系中Gd3+离子起着能量传递中间体和敏化剂的作用 ;在Y(BO3,PO4 ) :Ce,Tb ,Gd体系中Gd3 +离子只起敏化剂作用 ,并且阻碍Ce3+→Tb3+的能量传递。与Y(BO3,PO4 ) :Ce,Tb ,Gd相比 ,La(BO3,PO4 ) :Ce,Tb ,Gd对紫外吸收强 ,2 5 4nm激发下发出的光绿色纯度高 ,强度大 ,更适合做荧光灯中的绿粉

Spectra of Ce~(3+),Tb~(3+) and Gd~(3+) Ions in Ln (BO_3,PO_4)[ Ln =La,Y]
Abstract:Emission and excitation spectra of Ce 3+ ,Tb 3+ and Gd 3+ in lanthanum borophosphate and yttrium borophosphate are studied.The results show that Ce 3+ emission weakens and Tb 3+ emission enhances in La(BO 3,PO 4):Ce,Tb in the presence of Gd,and in Y(BO 3,PO 4):Ce,Tb,the Ce 3+ and Tb 3+ emissions are all enhanced,and the former increases more than the latter.In a whole,Gd 3+ acts as intermediate of energy transfer from Ce 3+ to Tb 3+ and sensitizer in La(BO 3,PO 4):Ce,Tb,Gd;while in Y(BO 3,PO 4):Ce,Tb,Gd,Gd 3+ acts only as sensitizer,and prevents energy transfer from Ce 3+ to Tb 3+ .Compared with Y(BO 3,PO 4):Ce,Tb,Gd,La(BO 3,PO 4):Ce,Tb,Gd, phosphor absorbs ultraviolet radiation easily,and emits green light with higher purity and intensity under 254 nm excitation,so it is more suitable for green emitting phosphor in fluorescent lamp.
