Abstract:Following Schomrners' viewpoint of time, we define the system--specific time especially the transition time and the resonance transition time which character spectroscopic transition of a quantum system. We realize the transition time quantization by supposing a radiation --quantum--system interaction process is an eigen state of transition time operator,which results in the quantized resonance transition time. We detailedly discuss the applications of the above conclusions and obtain the analytical formula of the upper energy--level and the lower energy--level of a spectroscopic transition.
