摘    要:本文采用多波长线性回归法测定脑宁片的含量。计算程序采用BASIC语言编制。氨基比林和咖啡因的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为98.03%-100.9%,1.0%-和97.77%-99.39%,0.61%。本法不经分离直接测定脑宁片中二组分的含量,方法简便、快速、结果满意。

Abstract:Assay of naoning pian was reported by multi wavelength linear regression method in this paper.The program was edited by BASIC.The recoveries and RSD of pyramidon and caffeine were 98 03%-100 9%,1 0% and 97 77%-99 39%,0 61%,respectively.This method could be used for the determination of two components in naoning pian without separation.The method was simple,rapid,and results were satisfactory.
