摘    要:采用ICP AES法对我国同属不同品种车前子炮制前后其Se ,Zn ,Mn ,Cu ,Mg ,Fe,Al,Be等无机元素进行了分析测定。该方法的加标回收率为 80 4 %~ 119 7% ,RSD <6 % ,具有良好的准确度和精密度。结果表明 :车前子中Mg ,Fe ,Al,Zn含量较高。此测定结果可为探讨车前子中元素含量与其药效的相关性提供科学数据。

Abstract:In this paper, the contents of elements Se, Zn, Mn, Cu, Mg, Fe, Al and Be in the plantago, originating from different places and produced with various methods, were determined by ICP AES technique. Its recovery ratio obtained by standard addition method ranged between 80.4% and 119.7%, and its RSD was lower than 6%. The results of the determination show that the seeds in plantago are rich in the inorganic elements such as Mg, Fe, Al and Zn essential to human health.
