中药配方颗粒红外指纹图谱的无损快速鉴别研究

摘    要:借助于红外指纹图谱对各生产厂家生产的中药配方颗粒进行了系统的鉴别研究。结果表明 ,红外指纹图谱可直观的反映出不同生产产家 (广东一方、江阴天江、三九医药、香港培力 )之间产品质量的异同 ,同一厂家不同批号颗粒剂谱图的可重现性 ,不同炮制方法及炮制前后的差异 ,以及同一炮制品不同批号的异同。该法能够有效地对其产品质量进行真伪优劣鉴别 ,为产品的质量控制标准提供了一种先进、快速的分析手段。

Abstract:Formula particles made by Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM) were studied systematically via Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) in this paper. The products quality of different pharmaceutical factories (Guangdong Yifang, Jiangyin Tianjiang, Sanjiu Yiyao, Hongkong Purapharm) could be revealed directly in the FTIR spectra. Also the spectra of different batch numbers (same factory), particles before and after processing, and particles with different processing methods were studied. It is proved that FTIR is an effective, fast and advanced method to evaluate the production qualities.
