基于FTIR的两种模式识别方法在两面针产地鉴别中的应用

摘    要:为了探求建立快速鉴别两面针产地的方法,基于傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术,选取1 800~400 cm-1红外指纹图谱带,采用Fisher比值法和SIMCA聚类分析法建立产地分类模型,分别对广西区内四个产地的两面针进行鉴别,并通过计算识别率与拒绝率来验证模型。结果表明,红外光谱技术不但能准确提取中药材的整体信息,并且基于红外光谱建立起的两种模式识别模型对未知样品进行预测,识别率和拒绝率均达到90%以上,说明所建模型具有较强的识别能力。通过自编计算程序以及现有统计软件,还可以将模式识别模型实现实时在线化检测与快速样品鉴别,大大提高了鉴别速度而更具应用价值。
