摘    要:研究了水培条件下重金属Cu污染对小麦(TritiZnm aestivum L.)体内Cu含量、叶绿素含量及可见近红外特征光谱的影响,并对三者相关关系进行了探讨.结果表明,随溶液中Cu浓度的升高,小麦体内Cu含量逐渐增加;叶绿素含量降低;叶片光谱反射率在可见光区增加,在近红外光区降低,红边"蓝移"(向短波方向移动)强度逐渐增加;并且相关性均较显著.

Abstract:The effect of Cu pollution on the Cu uptake by wheat,the characteristics of chlorophyll concentration,and the(visible-near) infrared spectra were studied under the condition of solution culture,and the relationships among the three indices were discussed.The results indicate that the content of Cu in TritiZnm aestivum L.increases and the concentration of chlorophyll(reduces) with the increase of Cu in solution.The spectral characteristics also take on the disciplinary diversification(the spectral reflectivity ascended in the visible light band and decreased in the near infrared band;the range of red edge shift decreased) with the increase of Cu in solution.
