| 摘 要： | 本文采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了天保宁片方剂中钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌、镉七种无机元素的含量。结果表明 ,方剂中含有丰富的无机金属元素 ,元素含量铁 >钙 >镁 >锌 >铜 >锰 >镉 ,其中铁元素含量明显高于其他元素。它为探讨中成药方剂中无机元素含量与方剂质量控制的关系 ,为研究药物中微量元素与治疗心脑血管疾病之间的关系提供了有用的数据。

| Abstract: | The content of seven inorganic elements in Taponin tablet recipe , including calcium,magnesium, iron, manganese , copper, zinc and cadmium were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that there were comparatively rich inorganic metal elements. Content of the seven metal elements is that iron>calcium>magnesium>zincr>copper>manganese>cadmium,the content of iron was higher significantly than other inorganic elements in Taponin tablet recipe. It provided useful data for discussing the relationship between the content of inorganic elements in Chinese traditional medicines recipe and the quality control of the recipe, for studying the relationship between the trace element in Chinese traditional medicines recipe and cure for the heart and brain blood vessel disease. |
