摘    要:通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备了掺Eu^3 的硅基材料并测试了其三维荧光光谱、激光谱和发射光谱,结果显示,最佳激发波波长为350nm,最强荧光波长为620nm;在350nm光激发下的发射光谱显示Eu^3 的特征发射光谱,产生4条谱带,分别是577nm(^5D0-^7F0),588nm(^5D0-^7F1),596nm(^5D0-^7F1)和610nm(^5D0-^7F2)。

Abstract:Eu 3+ doped silica material was synthesized using sol gel process.The fluorescence spectrum of Eu 3+ was investigated.Three dimensional fluorescence spectra showed that the optimum excitation wavelength was 350 nm,the strongest emission wavelength was 610 nm.At room temperature,emission spectrum excited by 350 nm showed four characteristic emission peaks at 577 nm ( 5 D 0 7 F 0),588 nm ( 5 D 0 7 F 1),596 nm ( 5 D 0 7 F 1),610 nm ( 5 D 0 7 F 2),and the corresponding excitation spectra peaks at 318,362,380,393,412 nm,respectively.These results illustrate that the luminescent emission from doped Eu 3+ silica material have spectral characteristic type of radiation transition among the electronic energy levels associated with the 3 + ionized state of europium,and luminescence properties of Eu 3+ are strongly related to his chemical and structural environemt.
