摘    要:XRF法分析毫克量级的微量试样,采用不灼烧、不称重量、不固定体积的制样方法,并与灼烧、称重量、固定体积的制样方法比较,分析结果非常接近。文中还讨论了此法用于实际样品分析应注意的几个问题。

Abstract:The composition and content in micro-amount sample with the weight of milligram level were determined by XRF method. The method of non-scorching hot, nonweighing and non-fixed volume has been used for preparing the samples, and the influence of this method on the analytical results has been studied. The method is realizable, and some problems are discussed.
