摘    要:介绍了傅里叶变换拉曼光谱的原理以及它的优点和存在的问题。简述了它在高分子及橡胶、有机化合物、生物分子、医疗和药物、无机化合物、工业和农业产品及定量等方面的应用。讨论了傅里叶变换拉曼光谱在激发光源、光学过滤器、检测器、取样技术及联用技术方面的进展及其发展前景。

Abstract:The principle of Fourier Transform Raman (FT-Raman) Spectroscopy is described. Its advantages and limitations are discussed in detail. The applications of it is mainly introduced in polymer and rubber, organic compounds, compounds of biological inportance, medicine and pharmaceutics, inorganic compounds, industrial and agricultural product analysis, and quantitative analysis ets. The advances of FT-Raman Spectroscopy which include excitation, filtering, detection, sampling techniques and hyphenated technique are discussed. The comparatively simple sampling methods and the ability to generate data quickly and record Raman spectra of fluorescent samples should bring FT-Raman spectroscopy into routine analysis.
