摘    要:油液光谱分析是当前研究复杂传动装置磨合过程磨损规律的重要方法,利用原子发射光谱分析技术可以在不改变原有配合状态的条件下方便及时地对综合传动磨合过程磨损量变化规律进行研究。文章基于综合传动的结构特征和磨合机理,进行了台架空载磨合对比试验。根据磨合试验油液光谱分析数据,得出了磨合期磨损量变化与油液初始浓度、磨合转速的函数关系,建立了综合传动磨合期磨损量计算模型。经验证明,基于初始浓度、磨合转速、磨合时间和换挡间隔时间等参数的综合传动磨损量计算模型能够较准确地对磨合期Cu元素磨损量进行计算。磨合期磨损量模型为磨合质量评判和制定磨合试验规范提供了重要参考依据。
