| 摘 要： | 研究了不同消解方法对玩具涂料中As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Sb,Se有害重金属元素总含量测定结果的影响，确定以HNO3＋酒石酸＋H3PO4溶样并用全谱直读等离子体光谱仪同时测定其八种有害重金属元素总含量的方法。加标回收试验及模拟样品测定结果表明，该方法快速、准确、可靠，且能满足玩具安全标准对各元素的检出限要求，适于进出口玩具的日常检验。

| Abstract: | ICP-AES was used for the simultaneous determination of the total content of As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Se,Sb in paint coating on toys.Digestion procedures of these materials with different acid mixtures have been developed.The sample was dissvolved in the acid mixture of nitric acid,tartaric acid,and a little phosphoric acid.The matrix elements effect was studied and the preferable experimental conditions were investigated.The recovery rates of this procedure were between 99% and 109%.The RSD was within 1.5%.The proposed method was simple,rapid and can be used in daily inspection of toys. |
