摘    要:研究了Ce3+在碱金属-碱土金属硼酸盐体系LiCaBO3,LiSrBO3和LiBaBO3中的光谱特性,发现Ce3+在该体系中均呈现非对称的宽谱发射,对应的发射光谱主峰分别为428,436和440 nm;分别监测三个主发射峰,所得激发光谱主峰分别为364、369和370 nm。研究了电荷补偿剂Li+,Na+,K+对3种材料发射强度的影响,结果显示,材料的发射强度明显提高,其中以掺入Li+时效果最明显。

Abstract:Alkali-alkaline earth borate LiCaBO_3:Ce~(3+),LiSrBO_3:Ce~(3+) and LiBaBO_3:Ce~(3+) were investigated by solid-state method.CaCO_3 (99.9%),SrCO_3 (99.9%),BaCO_3 (99.9%),Li_2CO_3 (99.9%),Na_2CO_3 (99.9%),K_2CO_3 (99.9%),H_3BO_3 (99.9%) and CeO_2 (99.9%) were used as starting materials,After these individual materials were blended and ground thoroughly in an agate mortar,the homogcneous mixture was heated at 700 ℃ for 2 h in a reduced atmosphere (5:95(H_2/N_2)),and these three phosphors were obtained.The excitation and emission spectra of these phosphors were measured by a SHIMADZU RF-540 fluorescence spectrophotometer.The spectral characteristics of Ce~(3+) in alkali-alkaline earth borate LiCaBO_3,LiSrBO_3 and LiBaBO_3 were investigated.The emission spectra of Ce~(3+) in these three phosphors all exhibited a dissymmetrical hand,and the emission peaks were located at 428,436 and 440 nm,respectively.The excitation spectra for 428,436 and 440 nm emission of these three phosphors showed a dissymmetrical band at 364,369 and 370 nm,respectively.The effects of Li~+,Na~+ and K~+ on the emission intensities of these three phosphors were studied.The results show that the emission intensities of these phosphors were enhanced,and the maximal emission intensity of doping Li~+ is higher than that of Na~+ and K~+.
