摘    要:本文用偏最小二乘 (PLS)法对苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸混合体系的导数荧光光谱进行解析 ,提出了同时测定三种氨基酸的计算分析方法。以pH 7 4的磷酸缓冲溶液为介质 ,以 2 16 6nm为激发波长 ,对复合氨基酸注射液进行三组分同时测定 ,相对误差均在± 7 2 %以内。

Abstract:A new first-derivative fluorescent method by partial least squares (PLS) for the simultaneous determination of tryptophan, tyrosine and Phenylalanine was developed. The determination was carried out in KH2PO4-K2HPO4 buffer solution (pH = 7.4) and at the EX (excite) wavelength of 216.6 nm. The method has been applied to the determination of tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine in compound amino acid injection, and the relative errors are within +/- 7.2%.
