摘    要:用荧光光谱法和紫外 可见吸收光谱法研究了在不同温度下 ,双嘧达莫与牛血清白蛋白结合反应的荧光猝灭光谱行为 ,得出了结合常数、结合位点和基本热力学参数。

Abstract:The binding feature of dipyridamole with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy. It was shown that this compound has a powerful ability to quench the BSA fluorescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism. The fluorescence quenching data were analyzed according to stern-volmer equation and double-reciprocal equation,and the binding constant and the thermodynamic parameters were obtained.
