摘    要:采用微波消解 氢化物发生 原子荧光光谱法对大米中痕量汞进行了消解、测定。以微波消解为样品前处理方法 ,建立了大米微波消解的最佳分析条件。确定了原子荧光光谱仪的参数设置 ,最佳氢化反应条件以及影响汞测定的相关环境参数。检测限 0 0 0 5ng·mL-1 ,测定大米中汞成分分析标准物质 (GBW 0 85 0 8)中汞的含量 ,其结果与证书值相吻合 ,精密度 2 1 % ,回收率 95 2 %~ 1 0 6 4 %。

Abstract:It was reported in this paper that trace mercury in rice was determined by microwave digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The microwave digestion of samples was used, and the optimum conditions for the digestion were developed. The relative factors of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination were tested and discussed. The temperature and the relative humidity were discussed too. The detection limit was 0.005 ng x mL(-1). Mercury in reference materials (rice flour, GBW 08508) was determined also by the described method. The result obtained was in good agreement with standard value. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1%, and the recovery of mercury in rice samples was 95.2%-106.4%.
