摘    要:本文建立了基于在稀盐酸介质中氯胺T氧化孔雀绿这一新指示反应催化光度法测定痕量碘的新方法。该法的检出限为 4 9× 10 -10 g·mL-1,线性范围为 0~ 4 8μg·L-1。此法灵敏、简便、选择性好、用于食品中微量碘的测定 ,结果满意。

Abstract:In this paper, a new kinetic-spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of iodine has been proposed. It is based on the iodine catalysed the reaction of malachite green oxidized by chloramine T in hydrochloric acid medium. The method is sensitive, simple and with good selectivity. The linear range of determination of iodine is 0-48 micrograms.L-1, the detection limit is 4.9 x 10(-10) g.mL-1. The method has been used for the determination of trace amount of iodine in food with satisfactory results.
