多环芳烃结晶紫的光助芬顿降解脱色研究

摘    要:研究了光助芬顿反应降解多环芳烃结晶紫。研究的主要内容包括,结晶紫的特征波长-吸光度曲线、结晶紫的浓度-吸光度曲线、初始pH值对结晶紫降解效果的影响、不同浓度对结晶紫降解效果的影响、不同光照时间对结晶紫降解效果的影响、不同FeSO4投加量对结晶紫降解效果的影响、H2O2优化用量试验、正交实验。通过研究得到了降解结晶紫的优化实验条件。主要优化实验条件为: 初始pH值为3~4;结晶紫浓度小于0.080 0 g·L-1;H2O2的投加量为1Qth;FeSO4的投加量为H2O2(含量为30%)的1/50~1/100。研究还表明: 太阳光照射能有效促进结晶紫降解,明显缩短反应时间,节约氧化剂和催化剂的用量。

Abstract:The crystal violet is one of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. In the present paper,the degradation of the crystal violet by photo-Fenton reagent was studied. Through numerous experiments,the influences of various parameters including the wavelength-absorbency curve of the crystal violet,the concentration-absorbency curve of the crystal violet,the initial pH of solution,the initial concentration of the crystal violet,different irradiation time,the dosage of FeSO4,the dosage of H2O2 and orthogonal experiments were researched intensively. Through numerous experiments,the optimum conditions for crystal violet degradation were given. The main optimum conditions for crystal violet degradation are as follows: The initial optimum pH of solution is 3-4;The optimum concentration of the crystal violet is below 0.080 0 g·L-1. The optimum dosage of H2O2 is 1Qth. The optimum dosage of FeSO4 ranges from one fiftieth to one hundredth of the dosage of H2O2. Under the optimal conditions,the sun light can promote this reaction apparently,the reaction time can greatly be shortened,and the dosage of oxidant and catalyst can be saved too.
