摘    要:金属元素与药物的疗效关系日益引起人们的关注,测定维吾尔药材中各种金属元素的含量具有一定的意义。采用硝酸作为消解液,利用微波消解的方法处理常用维吾尔药材唇香草,原子吸收分光光度法测定K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn, Cu和Zn十种微量、常量元素的含量,方法的标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.999 0~0.999 8), 回收率(n=6) 在95%~108%之间, RSD值(n=6)在0.45%~1.53%, 能用于维吾尔药材唇香草多种金属元素的同时测定。该法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、快速、准确的特点, 用于实际样品测定的结果令人满意。结果显示维吾尔药唇香草中富含K, Ca,Mg,以及Fe, Zn, Na, Mn, Ni, Cr和Cu。从微量元素的角度为维医利用唇香草治疗心脑血管疾病提供了有用的数据。
