摘    要:本文应用ICP-AES法同时测定人发、血液、唾液及牙石中多种微量元素,采用HNO_3-HClO_4体系溶解样品。具有取样量少,样品处理简单、快速,测定准确等优点。本法回收率在91~106%之间,可为现代医学提供可靠的科学依据。

Abstract:This paper applies ICP-AES for simultaneous determination of multi-element in hair, blood, saliva and toothstone. It adopted HNO_3-HClO_4 system for dissolving samples, possesses advantages of taking small samples, simplicity of sample treatment, rapid determination, exactness and others. The recovery rates are between 91 and 106%, providing dependable scientific basis for modern medicine.
