摘    要:利用快速显微多道分光光度技术,在无损、在位、实时的情况下,测定了不同环境温度下单个活态人红细胞内血红蛋白吸收光谱的即时变化情况。发现人红细胞内血红蛋白吸收峰的高度和位置均随环境温度的变化而变化,表明人红细胞的携氧能力与温度密切相关。初步揭示了人红细胞内血红蛋白分子结构、浓度与功能之间的密切关系,并且探讨了温度变化对人红细胞生理功能即时影响的分子机制。

Abstract:The instant effect of temperature on the absorption spectra of the hemoglobin in single living intact red blood cells was investigated , by employing a highly sensitive fast multi-channel micro-spectrophotometer system to perform non-invasive, in situ , real time measurements on the cells. It was found that both the heights and position of the specific peaks in the absorption spectra of intercellular hemoglobin were changed with temperature, indicating that the oxygen carrying capacity of red blood cells varies with temperature. The correlations of the structure and concentration as well as the function of hemoglobin, and the molecular mechanism were also discussed.
