摘    要:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIRS)法测定了同科同属不同种及不同产地的车前、平车前及北美车前草的FTIR,筛选出35个比较典型的吸收峰后结合化学计量学方法进行了亲缘关系的分析研究。系统聚类分析结果表明,在距离系数约为0.036的水平上三种车前草可划分为2个类群,其中,平车前在0.033的距离水平上首先与车前聚在一起,随即约在0.042的距离水平上与北美车前草一大组,该聚类结果与依据形态特征的传统分类学结果相一致。而对不同产地车前的FTIRS主成分分析结果表明,相同生态环境下采集的车前FTIR三维散点图中距离较为相近;而地域相差比较远的样品,在三维散点图上则显示较为分散。研究方法直观、科学,简单方便,具有很好的理论与应用价值。
