近红外拉曼光谱干扰特例的成因分析

摘    要:一台激光拉曼光谱仪,在进行785.18 nm近红外激发测定时,出现许多不规则的干扰谱峰,发现是出光滤光片(Notch filter)的带阻特性不良造成的.并就带阻滤光片的吸收光谱进行了分析和探讨.

Abstract:Many abnormal peaks in laser Raman spectra were found in determinations with laser illuminant of 785.18 nm. After studies, it was found that the notch filter caused the interferences and the characteristics of the band pass filter were not good. The absorption spectral characteristics of notch filter were studied for the new and old of band pass filters.
