摘    要:本文用Leeman Plasma-Spec等离子光谱仪对常见四十种元素的光谱进行了探讨,测定了其光谱干扰系数,并对干扰系数校正法进行了研究。

Abstract:The spectral interferences of 40 elements in ICP-AES has been studied and the interference coefficients have been reported. A method for calibrating spectral interferences has been developed, which can subtract not only background interferences, but also the overlapping of lines. The method is aocumte and rapid. Recoveries of 22 elements in water are in the range of 94.1-104%. Using it in the analysis of soil, no chemical separation is required. Relative standard devitions are less than 10% for the micro elements and 4% for the major elements.
