摘    要:本文利用导数红外光谱测定了环己烷中微量苯的含量。测定中选择 6 74± 2cm-1峰为定量峰 ,并采用峰高、峰面积、一阶导数 (最大、最小、区间 )、二阶导数等方法 ,所得标准曲线方程的相关系数在 0 990~0 995范围之间。当样品中苯的含量在 0 0 10~ 0 10g·10mL-1时 ,其吸光度与浓度呈线性关系。为定量测定提供了快速准确的方法

Abstract:Trace benzene in cyclohexane was determined by derivative infrared spectroscopy. In the determination, we selected peak at 674 +/- 2 cm-1 as quantitative peak, and peak height, peak area, first derirative (maximum, minimum, region) and second derivative methods were used. The correlation coefficient of standard curve equations were in the range of 0.990-0.995. There is a linear relationship between absobance and concentration of solution in the range of 0.010-0.10 g.10 mL-1. A quick and precise method for the determination were provided.
