| Abstract: | Infrared spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of chitosan,pachyman and amorphalls mannan were studied.The difference among the infrared spectra of chitosan under different conditions was disscused.The modification of Methylolation of the three kinds of polyoses was made and the relationship between the chemical modification and the antitumor activity was also studied. |
