近红外散射法测定水中矿物油含量研究

摘    要:海洋矿物油污染事故的危害评估和责任追究,要求实时、在线的水中油类含量检测、监测数据依据。在总结各种水中油检测技术基础上,提出了一种基于Mie散射原理的油污染快速检测方法。采用激光粒度仪测定了柴油、原油的油滴粒径分布;利用分布散射光检测技术对柴油、原油水溶液进行实验,分别测定了0~30mg.L-1油水样本,其线性系数均可达r2>0.99。此方法可为水中微量矿物油的在线监测提供一种新设备。

Abstract:The harm assessment and responsibility of marine mineral oil pollution require the content of mineral oil to be obtained by real-time online monitoring. In the present paper, the method of online monitoring of the oil content in water is presented, a creative technology based on optical scattering theory was proposed. Firstly the particle distribution of oil drops was scanned by Marvin laser particle meter, then with the help of the scattering signal, the crude, diesel of different concentrations from 0 to 30 mg x L(-1) was measured in experiment, the linearity is more than 0.99. This paper presents a feasible setup for the online monitoring of the content of mineral oil.
