黄钾铁矾的生物合成与鉴定

摘    要:利用氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生物催化氧化作用,在FeSO4—K2SO4—H2O体系中和常温常压条件下合成赭黄色的黄钾铁矾。借助SEM,XRD,FTIR,ICP—AES等方法对它的化学组成和结构进行了分析与表征。结果表明,Thiobacillus ferrooxidans休止细胞可在2天内将FeSO4-K2SO4-H2O体系中的Fe^2 全部氧化为Fe^3 ,Fe^3 在高浓度硫酸根、K^ 存在和酸性条件下水解生成赭黄色高铁沉淀,经鉴定为黄钾铁矾,其晶体粒径均匀,分散性好,且没有无定形的羟基硫酸高铁副产物。

Abstract:A yellow ochre-colored jarosite was synthesized by bacterial oxidation of ferrous ion by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans at 28 degrees C and 1 atm. The identification of the bacterially oxidized ion precipitate was carried by SEM, XRD, FTIR and chemical analysis. Results showed that resting T. ferrooxidans cells could completely oxidize ferrous ions to ferric ions in FeSO4-K2SO4-H2O system at pH 2.5. In the presence of suitable monovalent K+ and excess sulfate, the yellow precipitate was produced from bacterially oxidized iron solutions. The subsequent characterization showed that it was high-quality jarosite without by-product such as amorphous ferric hydroxysulfates.
