二氧化钛纳米微晶的制备及性质的研究

摘    要:用无水四氯化铁和异丙醇为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛纳米微晶,用一系列手段研究了它的结构,结果表明,所得纳米微晶为椭球状,粒径分布范围窄,600℃焙烧1小时所得微晶为锐矿相和金红石相两种结构共存,其X射线光电子能谱及红外光谱的特性直接受该微结构的影响。

Abstract:This paper studied the tribochemistry of antiwear additive BA1 by FTIR microscope technique.We observed the changes of physical properties,interpreted the infrared spectra of the products in the track and concluded the chemical mechanism through the change of BA1 concentration,load and rubbing time.The results shows that the BA1 was decomposed,oxided and a thin film was produced when rubbed.This film makes the rubbing efficiency less.
