流体发光的氧猝灭及除氧方法

摘    要:氧是最有效的发光猝灭剂之一。分子态氧对发光的猝灭作用,固有地限制着发光分析优良分析特性的实现,特别对液体样品。因此,在发光检测之前从样品中除去氧,就能获得更高的灵敏度和更低的检出限。虽然,氧的猝灭作用机制仍然是需要今后继续研究的课题,但巳提出了许多行之有效的方法,诸如吹氮、化学的、电化学的、超声的以及使用半渗膜等除氧方法。本文仅对分子态氧的猝灭作用和除氧方法作简单的介绍。

Abstract:One of most efficient Luminescence quenchers is oxygen. Quenching of luminescence by molecular oxygen is an inherent limitation in fluorescence and phosphorescence analysis, especially for liquid sample. Consequently, higher analytical sensitivety, as well as lower detection limits, can be achieved by removal of oxygen from the sample prior to luminescence detection. Although the actual role of oxygen still remains a topic for further investigation, a variety of sample deoxygenation methods, such as nitrogen or argen puring,chemical or electrochemical scavenging, ultrasonification methods and the use of semipermeable membranes etc. have been developed. In this paper, the effect of molecular oxygen on luminescence of fluid sample and these deoxygenation methods have been described briefly.
