摘    要:基于Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)在pH3~9范围内能同时催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B的褪色反应,探讨了最佳反应条件,通过构建流动注射pH梯度,采用CCD-二极管阵列检测器检测吸光度差值,反向传播-人工神经网络(BP-ANN)处理数据,实现了Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)流动注射-催化动力学光度法的同时测定。Cu(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)的检出限分别为0.10和0.21μg·L~(-1),采样频率为10次·h~(-1),本法用于标准参考物质和食品样品中铜、铁的同时测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The simultaneous determination of copper and iron by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method with back propagating artifical neural net (BP-ANN) was studied based on the catalysis of Cu(II) and Fe(III) to the reaction of rhodamine B hydrogen peroxide in the range of pH 3-9. The determination was performed by the construction of pH gradient and a CCD-diode array detector with a microcomputer. The optimum conditions of reaction and flow injection were studied. The determination limits for copper and iron were 0.10 and 0.21 microgram.L-1, respectively. The sampling rate was 10 samples per hour. The proposed method has been used to determine Cu(II) and Fe(III) in certified reference materials and food samples with satisfactory results. The average values of spiked recovery were 93.3%-100.2% with RSD of 0.6%-7.5%.
