| Abstract: | SRS300 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is a sequential wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer made by Siemens in 1983. With the runtime of the spectrometer increased, the chance for the failure in this type of instrument has been increasing as well. So through analyzing the reasons for several failures and repairing the relevant parts of this equipment, we improved the use efficiency and prolonged the lifetime of the equipment at the same time. |
