摘    要:本文报道了应用薄层色谱(TLC)与傅里叶变换表面增强拉曼光谱(FT-SERS)联用技术,获得了中草药萝芙木有效成分利血平光谱研究的新方法。研究表明:在薄层原位约2μg的样品即可获得利血平分子的特征振动谱带,并阐述了样品分子在表面增强基底银微粒表面的吸附模式,从而说明TLC-SERS结合对中草药化学成分进行高灵敏度指纹检测的可靠性和优越性。

Abstract:A new method for analysing the ingredients of reserpine by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is reported in this paper. The results show that the characteristic spectral bands of reserpine satuated at the thin layer with the amount of sample about 2 microg were obtained. The difference between SERS and solid spectra was found. An absorption model of reserpine and silver sol was proposed. This method can be used to analyse the chemical ingredients with high sensitivity.
