摘    要:通过微波消解仪消解蜀葵花,运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定蜀葵花中Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,K,Ni,Ca,Mg八种微量元素的含昔.采用标准曲线法测定.通过试验,选用浓HNO3体系消化样晶,同时考察了不同微波消解条件对分析结果的影响,优化了微波消解条件,确定了原子吸收分光光度法测定的最佳条件.实验表明蜀葵化中Mg,Ca,Fe,K等人体必需微量元素含量非常丰富,Mn,Zn含量中等,Cu,Ni含量较低.采用的方法灵敏度高,操作简便快速,回收率在92.25%~110.50%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3.88%,结果令人满意.

Abstract:Hollyhock powder was digested by microwave digestion before determination.The eight trace elements,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,K,Ni,Ca and Mg,in hollyhock were determined by microwave FAAS. Standard curves method was used for the determination. The samples were digested with HNO3. The conditions of digestion were optimized.
